Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the SAJID ARTS mobile application and the services made available through it. By using the app, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

Information You May Provide

Depending on the features you use, the app may process information that you voluntarily enter, including:

Name, email address and phone number
Delivery or billing address
Profile information
Products added to favourites or the shopping cart
Order and purchase information
Shipping preferences
Discount codes
Newsletter subscription information
Messages submitted to customer support

You should provide accurate information and avoid entering unnecessary personal or sensitive information in open text fields.

Orders and Payment Information

Information required to prepare, process, confirm or deliver an order may be used for app functionality and customer support.

SAJID ARTS does not request or store complete payment-card numbers, CVV codes or online banking credentials. When an online payment option is available, payment information may be handled directly by the selected payment service provider under its own privacy and security terms.

Cash-on-delivery orders do not require payment-card information.

Technical Information

The app may process limited technical information necessary to load online content, maintain security, diagnose errors or provide app functionality. This may include:

Device and operating-system type
Internet Protocol address
Basic network request information
Crash or diagnostic information

Some information may be processed automatically by hosting, image-delivery, security or technical service providers. SAJID ARTS does not use this information to access private content stored on your device.

Device Permissions

SAJID ARTS is designed not to request sensitive runtime permissions. The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, precise or approximate device location, photos or videos, files or documents, contacts, calendar, call logs, SMS messages, or nearby devices.

Standard internet connectivity may be used to load product information, images or other online content. Internet access is not a sensitive Android runtime permission.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

Display and operate app features
Maintain a shopping cart and saved items
Process and confirm orders
Arrange shipping or delivery
Provide customer support
Respond to questions or requests
Maintain profile and order information
Send requested service or order communications
Send newsletters when the user has voluntarily subscribed
Prevent misuse, fraud or security incidents
Diagnose technical problems
Meet legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell users' personal information.

Service providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide. We do not authorise them to use personal information for unrelated purposes.

Advertising

The current version of SAJID ARTS is not intended to display third-party behavioural advertising or sell information to advertising networks.

If advertising or an advertising SDK is introduced in a future release, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before that release is distributed.

Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain legitimate order and transaction records, resolve customer-support matters, prevent fraud or misuse, and meet accounting, tax or legal requirements.

Information that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymised or securely isolated where reasonably possible.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

However, no mobile application, internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their devices and avoid sharing payment credentials or account information with unauthorised persons.

You may request to:

Access information associated with you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete eligible personal information
Withdraw a newsletter subscription
Ask how your information is handled
Raise a privacy-related complaint

Requests may be submitted to support@sajidarts.pk. We may ask for reasonable verification before completing a request. Certain order or transaction records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Children's Privacy

SAJID ARTS is a general furniture and home décor shopping application and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information, they may contact us to request its removal.

Third-Party Services and Links

The app may display content, product images or links provided by third parties. External websites and services operate under their own privacy policies, and SAJID ARTS is not responsible for their independent privacy practices.

Users should review the privacy terms of a third-party service before providing information to it.

International Processing

Some technical or service providers may process information outside Pakistan. Where this occurs, reasonable steps will be taken to require appropriate protection for the information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated when app functionality, legal requirements or information practices change. The revised policy will display a new effective date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the app or its Google Play listing where appropriate.
